Brief description
The main purpose of this position is to provide end-to-end business analysis services to the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) departments in order to identify business problems and needs, and to determine solutions and enable improvement in organisational processes.
Additional requirements include skills in industry awareness, professional development, quality assurance, continuous improvement, business transformation, elicitation techniques, business analysis practices, realisation and testing practices, and IT domain management.
