Programme Overview
Renault Multifranchise (Renault Fourways) currently holds a vacancy for an Apprentice Level 1. This position is ideal for someone passionate about repairing motor vehicles and aspiring to become a Motor Mechanic Technician. The programme requires a commitment to a maximum of three years of apprentice training.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with vehicle repairs as per Technician’s instructions.
- Removing and replacing parts and units from vehicles.
- Jacking up vehicles and placing trestles.
- Lubricating and changing oils under supervision.
- Removing and replacing wheels, air, and oil filters.
- Fitting batteries and cleaning parts.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
- Attending prescribed technical courses.
- Following safety rules.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Pure Maths and Physical Science.
- Technical Matric preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License is advantageous.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Technical skills are an advantage.
- Good customer orientation and teamwork abilities.
