Pepkor Lifestyle invites applications for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership. This program is designed for young, vibrant, and passionate individuals to engage in a 12-month learning experience, gaining practical skills in the wholesale and retail sectors. Participants will work across various brands, including HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor (Customer service)
- Engage in marketing, merchandise, and display maintenance
- Learn English and Math fundamentals
- Record transactions and process payments on the POS System
- Understand the wholesale and retail environment
- Open new accounts
- Maintain and control stock losses
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- South African citizenship with no criminal record
- Open to candidates with or without disabilities
