Internship Overview
DHL Group offers an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to join the Clearing and Forwarding Learnership Programme for the 2026/2027 intake. Successful candidates will enroll in a 12-month programme aiming to provide theoretical knowledge in Freight Forwarding and practical work exposure to enhance future employability.
In this Learner Position:
- Support import/export processes and activities to optimize service and performance.
- Perform repetitive documentation tasks such as receiving, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing.
- Maintain operational systems as instructed and execute back-office duties like scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Communicate straightforward information and maintain work relationships through task-related interactions.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or relevant Transport & Logistics/Business qualification.
- Matric with English as a subject.
- Aged between 18 to 30 years, South African citizen, and not currently employed or studying.
- Computer knowledge, particularly MS Office, is advantageous.
