Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend classroom activities and practical on-the-job training.
- Gain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Complete a Portfolio of Evidence for the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
- Fill logbooks for work-based learning.
- Complete assessments and achieve required competence levels.
- Demonstrate skills using company systems and processes.
- Uphold company values and pass the EISA exam.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passed Mathematics with 40% or Mathematical Literacy with 60%.
- Proficient in English and another South African language.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
- Unemployed, available to commit to a 12-month programme.
- Age between 18 and 30 years, and able to commute independently.
- Not studying or having completed the same learnership previously.
- Open to people with disabilities.
