ABSA Home Loans is offering a learnership opportunity to young individuals who have a passion for utilizing technology to empower customers. This one-year programme includes classroom training and on-the-job exposure in all aspects of customer engagement with the bank.
Programme Overview
- 12-month exposure to Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement areas.
- Training in customer service skills, problem-solving, organization, teamwork, professionalism, and handling pressure.
Essential Requirements
- Aged between 18-30 years.
- South African citizen or permanent resident.
- Completed degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Currently unemployed and not registered with any other learnership or learning institution.
- Team player, self-motivated, flexible, and willing to learn and work.
