Clover is calling new talent to join their Call Centre Learnership for 2024. Successful applicants will spend their time at Clover's Call Centre offices in Constantia Park and attend classes as needed. Upon completion, participants will have achieved a significant NQF qualification and gained valuable experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
- Capture orders accurately and timely.
- Inform customers of accounts on hold and confirm orders.
- Inform stakeholders of any issues with orders.
- Offer additional products and provide ongoing support to team efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and support team values.
- Manage visual information effectively.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4, completed between 2017-2023.
- Average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Computer literacy.
- Currently unemployed.
