Eskom: Artisan Learnership Programme 2025
This 4-year training programme at Eskom offers institutionalised and on-the-job training, leading to a Trade Test Certificate/Qualification. Successful candidates will sign a four-year Internship Contract and receive a stipend as per company policy.
Available Learnership Opportunities:
- Fitter and Turner Learnership
- Technical Grade 12 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- N3 Mechanical Engineering with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- NCV Level 4 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English
- Electrical Learnership
- Technical Grade 12 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- N3 Electrical Engineering with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- NCV Level 4 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English
- Rigger Learnership
- Technical Grade 12 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- N3 Mechanical Engineering with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English, or
- NCV Level 4 with 50% in Maths, Physical Science, and 40% in English
