Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Engage in both institutional and on-the-job training as per learnership qualification.
- Contribute to business objectives by executing standardized workplace training.
- Utilize tools and equipment for specific process functions.
- Adhere to prescribed timeframes and procedures at the workplace.
- Assist in process improvement for assembly efficiency.
- Support production operations.
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Maintain integrity in tasks and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate with passes in English and Pure Mathematics HG/SG.
- Must be unemployed and under 35 years of age.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organized and goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt on the job.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
