Givaudan: Production Learnership Programme 2024
Join Givaudan as a Production Learner. Under direct supervision, you'll follow established procedures to carry out production orders, fulfilling various tasks within the production process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operate designated machines and production equipment, such as blenders, spray dryers, and packaging systems.
- Perform tasks like blending, mixing, packaging, and heating.
- Load raw materials into machines according to formula specifications.
- Manufacture products safely and accurately to meet quality standards.
- Maintain order and cleanliness on the shop floor, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Proactively identify process improvements and participate in Lean activities.
- Complete in-process quality testing and document deviations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric with Maths and Science.
- Forklift operation skills preferred.
- Basic math, reading, and PC skills, including MS Office.
- Ability to lift 25kg.
