FNB: Youth Development Learnership Programme 2024
The FNB Youth Development Learnerships offer a developmental role where participants will complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience. The role involves delivering tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that add value to the business area.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to cost efficiencies
- Optimizing work based on learning experiences
- Ensuring operational excellence through defined quality standards
- Engaging in personal development activities
- Delivering customer service in line with quality service standards
- Contributing to teamwork
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- A degree or diploma is advantageous
- Must be between 18 – 34 years old
- Unemployed for at least the last 6 months
- No formal (corporate) work experience
- Not have previously participated in the FirstJob programme at FirstRand franchises
This is an opportunity for youth who have been unemployed to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in the finance industry.
