Adams & Adams: Secretarial Trainee Learnership Programme 2026
The Learnership runs for one year from 1 March to 28 February. It includes a mid-year exam and a stringent final exam. Trainees gain practical experience in departments such as Patents, Trade Marks, Commercial, and Conveyancing.
During the initial 5-6 months, trainees focus on developing typing and keyboarding skills, along with an introduction to the legal environment. Those who excel progress to an advanced phase, covering essential secretarial skills like typing speed, audio typing, spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, correspondence, and more.
