About the Learnership
The Bosch Production Technology Learnership is designed for unemployed youth, offering practical manufacturing experience alongside a nationally recognised qualification. This 12-month programme integrates theoretical training with hands-on workplace exposure, focusing on developing skills in production, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Commit to the full 12-month duration of the learnership.
- Perform all duties as per the learnership program agreement.
- Uphold the company's principles and values.
- Follow instructions and procedures carefully.
- Maintain a positive attitude conducive to learning.
- Engage in all learning and work experiences required by the program.
Requirements
- Matric certificate with Maths and English passed.
- No prior experience required.
- Reside in and around the Brits area.
- South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old.
- Not previously participated in any learnership programme.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
