The City of Cape Town invites suitably qualified, unemployed youth aged 18 – 34, who meet the minimum requirements to apply for a Learnership in Road Traffic Law Enforcement. This 18-month program, beginning on 7 January 2026, is offered by the Public Safety Training College.

Candidates will need to pass written assessments, interviews, physical assessments, and a City medical evaluation. A drug test and driver assessment are also mandatory.
