Coca-Cola is offering Visual Merchandiser Learnerships for 2025/2026. This program aims to provide participants with practical skills and commercial knowledge to cater to customer needs, enhance volume growth, and manage merchandising standards. The role involves close interaction with Sales Team Members and the Sales Account Developer to ensure efficient sales processes and consumer engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules to visit retail outlets in the assigned area.
- Implement merchandising standards and manage in-store displays aligning with brand guidelines.
- Ensure product quality and availability, utilizing the iRED survey.
- Assist customers with orders through the MyCCBA platform and execute promotional activities.
- Provide relief support as directed by the line manager.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy and proficiency in English and a second language.
- South African citizenship, available to work six days a week.
- Employment Equity candidates aged between 18 to 35 years.
- Must have no criminal or adverse credit records.
- A driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing would be beneficial.
- The applicant must be unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership.
