ESG Specialist

An opportunity exists for an ESG Specialist in the Shared Value and Sustainability Department at AVBOB, a well-established insurance company known for its strong values. The successful candidate will join the team to support the operationalization and implementation of the Group’s ESG Strategic Framework under the leadership of the Manager: Social Programs and ESG.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting the implementation of the ESG Strategic Framework and applicable policies.
• Implementing the ESG and ESD operational plan in line with business objectives.
• Providing technical support for ESD programs to achieve social impact objectives.
• Coordinating information gathering for impact assessment and measuring progress.
• Supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring compliance with ESG initiatives.
• Administering the ESG and ESD budget and ensuring accurate fund allocation.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in ESG or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Registered EAP or Pr.Sci.Nat. (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel.
