The Learner role is a development opportunity where participants complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience in various capacities such as research, analysis, administration, and project work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate potential risks to avoid increased costs.
- Enhance knowledge of financial processes and comply with operating standards.
- Adhere to FNB's shared values and service standards.
- Address customer dissatisfaction and improve service efficiency.
- Provide accurate product knowledge and advice.
- Maintain operational efficiency through adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience required
- South African citizenship
- Ages 18 to 35
- Currently unemployed
