iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, invites applications from unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged groups to participate in our Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.
Successful candidates will:
- Gain practical experience in the Sales and/or Administration departments within Long-Term Insurance.
- Receive structured theoretical training, on-the-job coaching, and mentoring.
- Be appointed on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R5,000.
- Achieve an Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4 upon successful completion of the programme.
Key Learnership Outputs:
- Assist with basic research tasks and apply literacy and numeracy skills to evaluate information relevant to Long-term Insurance and risk assessment.
- Manage personal finances and understand financial risk.
- Apply legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting.
- Not employed currently.
- Not registered for any other studies or learnership currently.
- Available to start the learnership immediately to commence on 1 September 2025.
