Learnership Overview
Join the Amathuba Learnership Programme offered by Old Mutual. About the Programme
- 12-month combined workplace and classroom experience.
- Guidance from a dedicated mentor for success in your role.
- Exposure to financial products, legislation, and business ethics.
- Involvement in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.
- Completion of a learnership logbook is required.
Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18-30.
- Currently unemployed and not engaged in other educational qualifications.
- No previous participation in a Wealth Management NQF4 learnership.
- Grade 12 or equivalent with marks of 50% or more in English, an official second language, Pure Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Available to start on 01 October 2026.
