The Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine offers learnerships designed to provide learners with an opportunity to gain institutional learning and workplace experience. Participants will work towards obtaining an Artisan qualification at levels 3 to 4, registered on the NQF. This programme involves both on- and off-the-job training in various trade occupations. Apprentices are expected to adhere to legislative requirements and develop skills that meet industry standards over a period of 3 years.
