About the Programme
The Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine Learnerships for 2025/2026 offer an exceptional opportunity for aspiring artisans to gain both institutional learning and practical workplace experience. Successful completion of this programme will lead to an Artisan qualification registered on the NQF, at level 3 - 4.
Program Structure
- Adherence to all legislative requirements in the learning agreement.
- A three-year apprenticeship involving practical on-the-job tasks and classroom training.
- The responsibility to learn and apply skills while meeting industry standards for trade occupations.

Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths and Natural Science, or
- N2 certificate with trade-specific subjects.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
