Programme Overview
DHL Group is offering a YES 4 Youth Learnership aimed at providing unemployed youth with valuable workplace experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Participants will gain practical skills through hands-on training, building confidence and improving employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and adapt to operational procedures.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and report any defects timely.
- Record any non-conformities with customer merchandise.
- Work within designated operating areas, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in stock counts and complete tasks promptly.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- South African citizens only
- Unemployed youth aged 18 – 29 years
Advantageous
- Valid driver’s license, minimum code 08
- Valid Forklift/Reach truck license
