Eligibility Requirements:
- South African citizen residing in the Free State
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must be in Matric or have completed it
- Annual household income less than R600,000
- No other bursaries or sponsorships
- Confirmed or intended full-time study at accredited South African HEI
- Preference for financially needy students with strong academics
- Applications from students with disabilities are encouraged
