Stefanutti Stocks Inland is offering a Cadet Foreman Learnership Programme for recent Grade 12 graduates eager to start a career in Civil Engineering, specifically focusing on Earthworks and Civils.
What the Learnership Will Cover
- Immersive Theory-First Training: The program begins with intensive classroom learning followed by experiential on-site training. Learners must complete Monthly Site Workbooks documenting practical tasks under mentor supervision.
- Phased Monthly Training: The training alternates between classroom theory and month-long on-site practicals, with unit standard assessments commencing each session.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (Mathematics or Technical Subjects preferred).
- Must pass a medical fitness examination.
- Subject to a Learning Ability Battery to determine educational level.
- Fluency in English.
