The Anglo American Process / Mining Cadet Learnerships 2025 offer an exciting opportunity for individuals to develop skills through an 8-month program at the Mogalakwena Complex. This program is designed to enrich the community and maximize the potential of participants with on-the-job training.

- Process Cadet Program
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy and English (40% pass mark or above).
- For the Process Cadet Program, Physical Science is required (Mathematics Literacy not accepted).
- Pass the K53 Simulator Assessment.
- South African Driver’s License (advantageous).
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Pass the relevant psychometric assessment.
- Possess a medical certificate of fitness or be able to obtain one.
- Good communication skills in English.
Working Conditions:
- Preparedness to work in high-risk, noisy, and dusty areas in the Plant.
- Possible shift work.
