Purpose of the Role
The Business Analyst position at Capitec Bank Ltd focuses on continuous business and industry research to guide the critical evaluation of new and existing software and application solutions. The role requires undertaking impact analysis specific to solutions and their changes, both within the solution itself and across affected peer systems.
Key responsibilities include the identification of risks, issues, and decisions needed to support project deliverables and scope. This encompasses an understanding of Project Management principles, including Prince2 methodology. The position also involves understanding and conceptualising MIS and reporting requirements from solutions, alongside demonstrating leadership skills in managing teams, expectations, processes, and driving solution and operational change.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience specifically in business analysis is required, along with basic project management experience.
