Clover invites applicants for their Call Centre Learnership 2024/2025, based in Roodepoort at Constantia Park. This learnership provides candidates with practical experience in a call centre environment, leading to an NQF qualification.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Resolve queries and complaints through appropriate channels.
- Accurately capture orders and confirm them as per procedure.
- Engage with customers about accounts and orders.
- Promote and describe features of additional products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and support team values.
- Participate in team meetings and uphold visual management standards.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12/Matric in the last 5 years (2019-2023).
- A minimum average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy is essential.
- Must be currently unemployed and not have previously participated in a learnership.
