Programme Title: Assistant Sales Representative: Emerging Markets (Yes Learner)
Clover offers an opportunity for unemployed youth to join their Sales department as an Assistant Sales Representative for Emerging Markets, part of the Masakhane initiative. The program provides 12 months of work experience with the aim of improving South African youth employment.
Based in Clover's Clayville branch in Gauteng, this learnership is in partnership with the YES programme.
Responsibilities:
- Visit all scheduled customer appointments for recruitment
- Coordinate account application processes to completion
- Source new customers within the FSI and GT channels
- Ensure monthly onboarding of at least 125 FSI and 200 GT customers
- Maintain excellent customer relations and service
- Handle customer inquiries and notify them of account openings
- Liaise with Sales Representatives and Area Managers
- Ensure stock availability and minimize returns
- Implement negotiated pricing and monitor fridge compliance
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Code 08 Driver's license
- Fluent in Business English
