Learnership Overview

An exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to join Metropolitan Life for a 12-month Learnership Programme starting October 2026. If you are interested in sales and customer service and want to grow your career in the insurance industry, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

This programme offers workplace experience in the insurance sector, with learners obtaining a Wealth Management NQF level 4 qualification. You'll gain invaluable knowledge from industry experts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Complete all theoretical learning and associated administrative tasks.
Collate, compile, and distribute documents according to defined standards.
Handle client queries professionally to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.
Maintain office housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification
Aged between 18 and 34
South African citizen by birth
Unemployed and belonging to a previously disadvantaged group
