The Momentum Metropolitan Learnership Opportunity offers an exciting path for young individuals interested in entering the medical aid administration and insurance industry. This 12-month programme, starting on 1 September 2024 and concluding on 31 August 2025, provides both classroom education and practical on-the-job training. While completion of the Learnership does not guarantee full-time employment, it furnishes invaluable experience, enhancing your career prospects.
Responsibilities
- Attend classroom and practical training sessions aligned with Momentum Metropolitan requirements.
- Gain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures for successful on-the-job training.
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA.
- Complete logbooks for work-based learning.
- Conduct both formative and summative assessments to reach required competence levels.
- Use company systems effectively while understanding operational processes.
- Adhere to Momentum Metropolitan's values and standards as an employee.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate with specific grades in Mathematics and languages.
- Computer Literacy is advantageous.
- Unemployed South African citizens aged 18 to 30.
- Available from 01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
- Able to commute independently to the workplace.
- Not currently enrolled in tertiary education and not previously completed the same Learnership.
