RCL Foods: Baking Learnership Programme 2024
RCL FOODS invites dynamic and enthusiastic students to become part of their 12-month Baking Learnership Program based in Durban. This opportunity includes a mentorship and coaching program focusing on the baking process. The program is SETA accredited, providing learners with a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.
Successful candidates will engage in practical work essential for both RCL FOODS and SETA requirements. The program is designed to nurture and develop individual skills, promote brand awareness, and elevate industry standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with hospitality studies and mathematics (Literature) is essential.
- Computer literacy in MS Office is advantageous.
- Demonstrates drive to achieve performance.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
