Sasol: Mining / Engineering Bursaries 2025
Sasol invites South African students to apply for the Mining Bursary Programme for the 2025 academic year. Bursaries will be awarded for undergraduate degree studies (B Eng, BSc Eng and B Eng Tech) in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mine Surveying, and Mining Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizenship by birth.
- Reside in specified communities within Gauteng, Mpumalanga, or the Free State.
- Completed Matric with specific academic achievements depending on the field of study.
- Full-time undergraduate study at a recognized University or University of Technology in South Africa (UNISA excluded).
- Completion of studies within a maximum period of 5 years.
Additional requirements vary slightly depending on the engineering discipline, with minimum academic results specified for Mathematics, Physical Science, and English.
