Silulumanzi: Bursaries 2025
Silulumanzi is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme for the 2025 academic year. These bursaries are aimed at supporting undergraduate studies within the Water Industry. The fields of study include Biology (BSc), Chemical Engineering (BSc), Civil Engineering (BSc), and more.

Bursary Coverage

Bursaries are awarded based on academic merit and renewed annually based on academic performance. After graduation, recipients will join Silulumanzi as Interns for a period equal to the bursary duration.
Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizenship
- Currently in Matric or completed Matric with a Bachelors pass
- Studying or intending to study full-time towards an undergraduate qualification in one of the specified fields
- Enrolled at an accredited South African tertiary institution
- Interest in the Water Industry
- Minimum Level 6 in Mathematics and Science in Matric
- Strong academic record
- Preference for female students, previously disadvantaged individuals, and students with disabilities
Preference is also given to residents within contractual concession areas such as Mbombela, KaNyamazane, and Tekwane.
