Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen
- Black student (African, Coloured or Indian)
- Under 35 years old
- Unemployed

- Studying at a registered public tertiary institution
- Strong academic record with minimum 60% average pass rate
- Total household income under R600,000 per year
- No outstanding student debt or other bursary funding
