Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Currently unemployed
- Studying or intending to study relevant qualifications
- Registered or intending to register at an accredited institution in South Africa
- Passed with a minimum overall average of 50%
- Must be from a previously disadvantaged background
- Total household income not exceeding R350 000 per annum
