Brief description
The main purpose of this position is to take responsibility for the design, development, sourcing, administration, and implementation of digital learning solutions in support of the digital learning strategy within the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) Academy using various digital engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize deliverables with guidance from the Digital Learning Manager.
- Design instructionally sound learning content.
- Integrate classroom-based and digital learning methodologies to ensure a blended approach to learning and development.
- Oversee technology enablement within the SARB, including maintaining intranet and internet sites.
- Engage with vendors to ensure content design meets internal standards and policies.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in an e-learning or technology-enabled learning environment.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
