We are offering an exciting Mining Learnership opportunity at Sishen Mine. This structured 18-month program will allow you to gain both practical and theoretical mining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Comply with health and safety regulations during all assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in theoretical and practical training modules
- Perform supervised tasks in mining operations and maintenance
- Assist in daily plant activities and monitoring
- Engage positively with local communities
Requirements:
- Grade 12/N3 Technical or equivalent with Mathematics or Maths Literacy; Physical Science is advantageous
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Valid driver's licence
- Proof of residential address
Skills and Competencies:
- Understand instructions and perform basic calculations
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and PPE usage
- Awareness of environmental impact and waste management
