Learnership Overview
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, offers a twelve-month Long Term Insurance Learnership programme. This structured work-based learning experience combines theoretical training and practical workplace experience, leading to a registered qualification in the insurance sector. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the program.
Requirements
- South African citizenship.
- Valid Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- Matric subjects: English and Maths/Maths Literacy or Accounting.
- Aged between 18 and 35.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Not registered with another academic institution.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Smartphone or laptop is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
