Learnership Overview

Clover offers an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to join their Secondary Distribution Department. This program provides 12 months of work experience and is based at Clover's Atlas branches. Clover partners with the YES programme to create opportunities for South African youth, including bursary application assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor Driver’s Adherence: Ensure drivers follow the planned route via Daily Route Management (DRM). Escalate issues such as unauthorized stops and speeding.
• Manage Turn Around Times (TATs): Report delays and escalate them to management.
• Route and Vehicle Management: Handle route sequence compliance and vehicle assignment. Ensure proper handover of route allocation and unresolved queries.
• DRM System Monitoring: Check DRM reports, resolve geo-fencing issues, and extract necessary reports for the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Age between 18 and 33 years
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Currently unemployed
• Have not previously participated in another learnership
