Learnership Overview
Clover offers an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to gain 12 months of work experience in the Secondary Distribution department. This programme is part of the YES initiative to support South African youth. Participants will be based at Clover's Atlas branches.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor Driver’s Adherence: Ensure drivers follow planned routes, escalate irregular activities, and report on delays and compliance.
- DRM System Monitoring: Check and escalate issues from DRM reports, monitor inactive routes, and generate reports for the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 33 years
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Currently unemployed
- No prior learnership experience with another organization
