Responsibilities:
- Learn and adhere to client requirements and operational procedures.
- Ensure correct use of equipment and report defects.
- Maintain records of customer merchandise non-conformities.
- Follow management directions and organizational needs when determining work areas.
- Execute tasks while adapting to safe and procedural guidelines.
Requirements:
- South African citizens only, aged 18–29 years.
- Matriculated with English and Mathematics/literacy.
- BBB-EE candidates required.
- Unemployed youth eligible.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Good understanding of customer service and expectations.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards service delivery.
