Learnership Overview
The Discover Learnership offers a learning experience culminating in a national qualification on the National Qualifications Framework while gaining practical workplace experience in the Short-Term Insurance Industry.
Areas of Responsibility
- Exposure to the Long/Short-Term Insurance business industry.
- In-depth learning to achieve a recognised qualification.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths (Min Level 4 - 50%), English (Min Level 4 - 50%), Maths Literacy (Min Level 5 - 60% or higher), and a 2nd language (Min Level 4 - 50%).
- South African citizen by birth.
- No completed tertiary education qualifications.
- Not studying during the learnership.
- Unemployed with no formal work experience.
- Not engaged in post-Matric studies or completed previous learnerships.
