Guardrisk Insurance is offering Learnerships for 2025. This structured programme provides theoretical knowledge and practical experience, opening career paths in Claims and Operations. While completion doesn't guarantee full-time employment, it offers invaluable experience to kick-start your career. The Learnership lasts 12 months with a monthly stipend of R5,500.
Responsibilities:
- PROCESS: Engage in classroom and practical training, develop an understanding of company products and procedures, compile portfolios for SETA, maintain logbooks, complete assessments, and utilise company systems efficiently.
- CLIENT: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, provide service recommendations, improve service quality, and resolve client issues swiftly.
- PEOPLE: Foster relationships with colleagues, enhance industry expertise, support change, promote innovation, and take ownership of career development.
- FINANCE: Identify cost-effective solutions, escalate policy issues, and participate in risk identification processes.
Requirements:
- South African citizens aged 18-25.
- Passed Grade 12 or NQF level 4.
- Pure Maths 60% or Mathematical Literacy 70%.
- English 65%.
- Currently unemployed and have not participated in a learnership before.
