Ingersoll Rand is offering a 12-month learnership program designed for driven individuals looking to develop their skills and gain exposure to various business processes. As part of this program, participants will engage in both classroom-based learning and practical workplace training.
Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions.
- Engage with various business departments to understand processes.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assessments.
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive workplace attitude.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Currently unemployed.
- Possession of any relevant Higher/Advanced National Certificate is advantageous.
- Computer literacy.
- South African citizen without existing bursary or contractual obligations.
- No prior participation in a learnership program.
