This one-year programme is an entry-level initiative aimed at providing participants with valuable workplace exposure and skill development within Maersk's South African offices or sites, based in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various business functions with responsibilities that are crucial to operational effectiveness.
- Participate in a practical work experience programme aimed at developing a customer-centric mindset.
Who We Are Looking For
- South African citizens.
- Individuals with a completed Grade 12 or Matric certificate.
- Not permanently employed with less than two years of work experience.
- Ages between 18 - 30 years.
- Commitment to a 12-month programme.
- Must not have completed a YES Learnership previously.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong academic record and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Quick learning ability and good time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
