On an annual basis, MSC offers a learnership programme to provide young individuals the opportunity to gain theoretical and practical experience in the Maritime Industry. Positions are available in Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).
Each phase of the programme lasts 12 months. MSC covers the study costs, provides a monthly stipend, and offers an annual bonus based on performance criteria such as attendance and assessments.
