On an annual basis, MSC embarks on a learnership programme to offer South African youth an opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the Maritime Industry.
Each phase of the learnership runs for a period of 12 months. MSC fully subsidises the cost of studies, provides a monthly stipend, and offers an annual bonus based on performance and attendance. Participants receive a nationally recognised qualification upon completion of each phase.
