Learnership Overview
The OUTsurance Hastings Direct Learnership is a structured work-based program aimed at providing unemployed youth with work experience. The program is targeted at individuals with a passion for call centers who wish to pursue a career in the Financial and Insurance industry. Participants will receive a stipend and engage in practical work to develop essential skills.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- No work experience required
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously on a Learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
