Learnership Overview
The OUTsurance Hastings Direct Learnership is a structured work-based program designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable work experience. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the Financial and Insurance industry, focusing on call center operations.
Stipend: R9 000 per month
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- No previous work experience required
- South African citizenship
- Ages between 18 & 35
- Not previously enrolled in a Learnership with INSETA
