Programme Details
- Duration: 6 - 12 Months
- Learning Model: Blended Learning (2 days online learning and 3 days in-store practical training per week)
- Location: Various Pick n Pay Stores within Gauteng Region
What You'll Gain

- Work collaboratively as part of the store team
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude throughout the programme
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Unemployed South African youth aged 18–40 years
- Passion for customer service and the retail industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing the programme
