About the Opportunity
The Project Coordinator (Foundation) plays a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of foundation projects at Hollywoodbets. This position requires someone who can balance multiple responsibilities, from coordinating tasks with Project Administrators to liaising with local partners and communities. The role involves working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) teams, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment across all project activities.
As part of the Hollywoodbets Foundation team, you will contribute to meaningful initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
Project Support and Delivery
Support Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
Manage specific workstreams or components of larger projects
Lead delivery of small-scale projects under supervision
Ensure risks, budgets, and issues are tracked and escalated appropriately
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with PMO, MEL, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across project activities
Coordinate tasks with Project Administrators to maintain project discipline
Liaise with local partners and communities to support project activities
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Collect and submit project data accurately and on time
Support Senior Project Coordinators and Project Managers with MEL reporting requirements
Participate in learning sessions and apply lessons to workstreams
Documentation and Governance
Ensure compliance with templates, registers, and reporting standards
Maintain accurate project documentation and version control
Support preparation of stage-gate approval documents
Coaching and Development
Provide guidance to Project Administrators where applicable
Actively build own knowledge and skills in project management
Model Foundation's values in teamwork and engagements
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Valid driver's license
2–3 years of experience in project support, administration, or coordination
Experience managing workstreams, reporting, and documentation
Advantageous Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, Development Studies, Business, or related field
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management – PMI) or PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or equivalent short course)
Exposure to project lifecycles and stakeholder engagement
