Purpose of the Learnership
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is committed to empowering South African youth by offering the Technology and Digital Learnership Programme. This opportunity is aimed at unemployed young people who have completed Matric (Grade 12) and are between the ages of 18 and 23 years.
This 12-month learnership provides participants with hands-on experience in digital and technology-related fields.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and support business applications.
- Monitor devices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform security updates and maintenance on devices.
- Assist users and resolve ICT-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct asset verification and maintain accurate records of ICT equipment.
- Resolve printer and peripheral connectivity issues.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Unemployed South African youth between 18 and 23 years old
