Senwes Grainlink is offering a structured learnership programme designed to provide hands-on experience and formal training. This programme aims to help young individuals start a career in the agricultural industry as Junior Grain Graders.

Learnership Overview

• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Senwes Grainlink silos nationwide
• Training Includes: Silo operations, grain handling, administration, grain grading, and essential workplace skills
• Exposure To: Different grain commodities such as maize, sunflower, and soya

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Ages between 18 and 25 years
• Interest in agriculture or technical fields
• Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations
