The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Agent Field will perform a variety of customer-facing and sales-related duties, including:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with opening accounts and answering all betting queries
- Driving daily sales and activations through effective demonstration and explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence customers to purchase products or use services
- Executing mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and reporting progress to management daily
- Promoting the Hollywoodbets mobile brand at various locations and events
- Setting up and arranging displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract prospective and existing customers
- Assisting customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening new accounts, including clear ID requirements
- Ensuring new customers use the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and demonstrating how to bet on the mobile application
- Maintaining neat and tidy work areas to promote a positive image to customers
- Managing, safekeeping, and maintaining all mobile equipment appropriately
- Completing weekly Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels programmes
- Roaming between branches and stores as per operational needs
- Performing any other related duties as required within the business
Requirements and Qualifications
